  • 2. For "Online Credit Card Payment or LINE Pay"
  • ► If the booking is canceled, a 3% system processing fee will be charged, payable by the guest. If you wish to avoid this fee, please choose ATM transfer.
  • ► Invoice: Your e-invoice will be issued immediately once the 10-minute cancellation window has passed. Please check your email — search for ECPay or e-invoice in your inbox.
  • 3. For "ATM Transfer"
  • ► Refunds for cancelled orders will incur a NT$30 processing fee.
  • ► Payment must be completed within 3 days of placing your order, or the order will be automatically cancelled.
  • ► Invoice: Your invoice will be issued upon check-in. If you require an invoice dated on your stay date, please select this payment method.
  • ▌Cancellation Policy:
  • · 90 days or more before check-in: Full refund, but credit card/LINE Pay transactions will be charged a 3% processing fee, and ATM refunds will incur a NT$30 bank fee.
  • · 10 to 89 days before check-in: 3% fee based on pre-discount order amount.
  • · 7 to 9 days before check-in: 25% fee based on pre-discount order amount.
  • · 4 to 6 days before check-in: 30% fee based on pre-discount order amount.
  • · 2 to 3 days before check-in: 35% fee based on pre-discount order amount.
  • · 1 day before check-in: 40% fee based on pre-discount order amount.

  • ▌Additional Guest Guidelines
  • · To support eco-friendly travel, we do not provide disposable amenities(toothpaste / toothbrush / comb / slippers / hand towel / razor). Please bring your own.
  • · If the actual number of guests exceeds the booking, we will not be able to accommodate the additional guests.
  • · Each room is equipped with electric blankets (available from October to April), dehumidifiers, and fans. Please do not bring additional electrical appliances to prevent power outages.
  • · As tent insulation is limited, light sleepers should consider bringing earplugs (which are also available on-site).
  • · To protect the forest environment, BBQ or outdoor cooking activities not provided by our site are not allowed.
  • · This is a pet-friendly campsite. Please read the pet policy below carefully.
  • · Due to the mountainous terrain, mornings and evenings can be cool, and mosquitoes may be present. Please bring warm clothing and insect repellent.
  • · When leaving your tent, always zip it closed. If you encounter wildlife, do not feed or disturb them.
  • ▌Pet-Friendly Policy
  • 1. Inform us during booking if you plan to bring your pet. Pets are not allowed in non-pet-friendly accommodations to respect other guests.
  • 2. Pets must have up-to-date rabies vaccinations. Owners must present proof of vaccination (certificate or vaccination tag) upon check-in.
  • 3. Cats must be neutered/spayed, and proof must be provided before check-in.
  • 4. Pets must be bathed and flea-treated before arrival.
  • 5. Pet allowance per accommodation:
  • · Campervans: Up to three small or medium-sized dogs.
  • · Tents: No breed restrictions, up to three dogs.
  • Pet size definition: Large dogs: Over 23kg; Medium dogs: 9–23kg; Small dogs: Under 9kg.
  • 6. Cats and other small pets: No size limit, but up to three pets per accommodation.
  • 7. Pets must be at least 6 months old. Owners of senior pets must monitor their health conditions.
  • 8. A cleaning fee for pets is charged based on the number of pets and the duration of the stay. Please refer to the official website for the latest fee standards.
  • 9. Leashes, pet strollers, or carriers are required in public areas.
  • 10. A NT$2,000 cash deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded upon check-out, pending an inspection of the accommodation.
  • 11. Inside tents/campervans, pets must wear male pet diapers or female pet diapers and are not allowed on the beds.
  • 12. Cat owners must bring litter boxes and preferred litter. If forgotten, rental options are available (please inquire at reception).
  • 13. Before entering the tent, wipe your pet's paws. No blow-drying or grooming inside the tent. Bathing pets on-site is not permitted, but a designated paw-washing area is available.
  • 14. Cats must have trimmed claws to prevent scratching damage.
  • 15. If a pet displays aggressive behavior or continuous barking and the owner fails to control it, the resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation without a refund.
  • 16. Owners must immediately clean up after their pets in all areas, including tents and restrooms, to maintain a pleasant environment for all guests.
  • 17. Pets must not be left alone in the tent.
  • 18. Indoor restaurants: Pets must be kept off the ground.
  • Outdoor dining areas: Pets are allowed on the ground if leashed. Do not use restaurant utensils to feed pets. Human food provided by the resort may not be suitable for pets, so do not feed them.
  • 19. If a pet injures another pet or guest, the owner is fully responsible for handling the situation and covering any medical expenses. If a pet damages accommodation facilities or violates pet policies, the owner will be liable for repair/replacement costs.
  • 20. NT$5,000 fine for violating pet regulations.
  • 21. Restricted dog breeds (not accepted due to safety concerns): Pit Bull Terrier, Tibetan Mastiff, Bullmastiff, Doberman, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Japanese Tosa, Neapolitan Mastiff, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro. Dogs displaying aggressive behavior will not be allowed.
  • 22. Prohibited pet species for safety reasons: Snakes, lizards, birds, and arthropods.
