Massage was comfortable, the masseuse, Etidah was skilled with good massage techniques and atmosphere was nice, good experience but do bare in mind that apparently you have to make an additional WhatsApp appointment with them as well after booking on the FunNow app or else they won’t be notified and u may not have ur slot.

Took the front desk person some time to process that I was there to redeem a FunNow deal, but worked out in the end. Service after that was not bad. Would go back to try other treatments..

My family and I recently visited Lay Retreat Spa at The Curve and had an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff. I had a 60-minute massage with Syamil as my therapist, and it was fantastic. He really helped alleviate the knots in my back, leaving me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The entire staff at the spa was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our visit. We definitely plan on returning again soon. Every moment at Lay Retreat Spa was truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Love the ambiance! Definitely my go to place

This was my fourth time here and yesterday had an unpleasant experience after the full body massage, where the masseur scratch and cut my skin on my thigh and fingers . It was very painful when the affected area was in contact of water where I only realised it during shower. Texted the customer service via WhatsApp about this but no response was received since yesterday. Disappointed with this service by Dezzy and overall ways of handling the feedback!

Visited Lay Retreat Spa for the second time with my family, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. This place never lets you down. The treatments are absolutely worth every penny spent. Highly recommend!
