Platform Policy

• Each booking may be rescheduled once no later than 3 hours before original booking time. No refund will be given if there is any price difference. Please note that rescheduling is not available for event and accommodation packages. Please refer to the "Refund Policy" or "FAQ" should you have any questions or need more information regarding cancellation.
• The hotel will reserve the designated room type for the customers and will offer an upgrade if the designated room type is not available.
• FunNow offers a no-queue-required guarantee, if the hotel fails to finish your check-in procedure within 15 minutes, please contact FunNow immediately.
• Each room's theme and decoration may vary, and the hotel will help the customer choose an ideal room depending on the situation at the time. Photos are only for reference.
• Maximum check-in number: 2 people (at least 2 people for hot spring rooms). As for adding people or extensions of time, please refer to the announcement of the hotel. This package is not recommended for those having heart diseases, hypertension, or skin diseases.
• The check-in number of people is bound by the hotel's regulation. As for adding people or extensions of time, please refer to the hotel's announcement.
• To ensure the rights and interests of other customers, please contact the hotel for any possible late arrivals. The hotel may reserve the room for customers depending on the situation at the time. The cancellation needs to be done 30 minutes ahead. Please refer to "FAQ" if you have any questions. Special events do not apply to this regulation, please refer to the detail of the package.
