【Ticket Information】

・Location: Akiruno City, Tokyo (Tokyo Summerland Parking Lot #2)
・Rain Policy: Event will proceed in light rain. Fireworks may be canceled in case of strong wind, heavy rain, or other severe weather conditions.There will be no rescheduled date.
・Fireworks Time: 18:00–19:00 (Synchronized with music; approx. 60 minutes)

【Weather on the Day】
Q: What is the temperature on the day of the event?
A: The average high temperature around the venue in November is 16℃, and the average low is 6℃. It can get chilly, especially at night, so it's useful to bring long sleeves or a windbreaker.
Q: Will the event be held if it rains?
A: The event will generally proceed even in the rain. Please prepare rain gear according to the weather. Due to the nature of fireworks festivals, we recommend using a raincoat rather than an umbrella.
【Access】
Q: Is there a parking lot or bicycle parking?
A: There are designated parking and bicycle areas at specified venues, such as inside Summerland. Parking outside of these designated areas is strictly prohibited.
Q: Will there be admission restrictions due to crowding?
A: This year's event uses a paid ticket system, so there will be no admission restrictions for ticket holders.
Q: Will there be a bus service after the fireworks end?
A: We have a shuttle bus prepared for Akigawa Station.
【Venue】
Q: Can I throw away garbage inside the venue?
A: There are many trash cans set up inside the venue. Please follow the rules for sorting and disposing of your trash. Please do not litter or leave trash behind, as it is a nuisance to others.
Q: Can I bring pets?
A: Pets are not allowed.
Q: Is it possible to enter with a wheelchair or stroller?
A: Entry is possible. Barrier-free restrooms are also available. If you need assistance, please ask a nearby staff member. Please note that in crowded situations, it would be helpful if you could fold up your stroller.
Q: Are there many restrooms?
A: As indicated on the venue map, we have prepared the necessary number of restrooms, but crowding is expected depending on the time and location.
Q: Are there nursing rooms or diaper changing spaces?
A: We have dedicated spaces available.
Q: Is the mobile phone signal good?
A: The signal is generally fine. However, communication may become poor due to crowding.
Q: When will the fireworks start?
A: They are scheduled to start between 18:00 and 19:00. 5,000 fireworks will be launched in one hour.
Q: Is there a smoking area?
A: There are two smoking areas within the venue. Please refrain from smoking outside of these designated areas.
Q: Is it possible to bring food and drinks?
A: Bringing in outside food and drinks is prohibited on the day of the event. Please use the food stalls inside the venue.
【Tickets】
Q: Can I get a refund for my ticket?
A: We do not reissue tickets under any circumstances after purchase (including loss, disposal, theft, damage, or forgetting to bring them). Please take care of your tickets.
Q: Can I choose my viewing area or seat location?
A: For SS seats and A seats, the table and seat will be automatically assigned at the time of purchase (you cannot choose your own). For free areas, you may choose your preferred spot within the designated area.
Q: Can I re-enter with a paid ticket?
A: Re-entry is possible.
Q: Is the free area for standing? Can I bring chairs or sheets?
A: Standing is not allowed in the free area.
You may bring a folding chair, but please keep it to a size of approximately 30cm in length, 30cm in width, and 30cm in height as a standard. (Items with backrests or that are tall are prohibited as they may obstruct the view of other customers.)
Regarding sheets, bringing large blue tarps for the purpose of reserving space for more people than are in your party is prohibited, but you may bring a leisure sheet that is an appropriate size for your group.

Firework debris may fall onto clothing and cause burn marks, please be aware.
We will not compensate for any damage to clothing or other items, so please be careful.
【Weather and Attire Recommendations】
- In the Akigawa area in November, the maximum daytime temperature is about 16°C, and the minimum temperature at night is about 6°C. It is recommended to bring a long-sleeved jacket or windbreaker for the evening low temperatures.
- The event will proceed as scheduled, even in the event of rain. If it rains, it is recommended to bring a raincoat (umbrellas are not recommended for viewing fireworks as they may obstruct the view of others).
【Transportation and Venue Entry/Exit】
- There are designated parking and bicycle areas at the event venue; please do not park in undesignated areas.
- There is no limit to the number of people who can enter with a ticket.
- After the event, a shuttle bus will be available to Akigawa Station for your return journey.
- It is recommended to travel by shuttle bus, taxi, or public transportation. Please do not park illegally or disturb local residents.
【Tickets and Admission】
- Tickets are required to enter the viewing area. Admission is charged for ages 13 and up, and free for elementary school students and below.
- Unticketed individuals are not allowed to enter the paid viewing area.
【Restroom Reminders】
- There are temporary and permanent restrooms at the venue, please try to use them before entering.
- The period before the fireworks begin is a peak time for crowds, it is recommended to use the restrooms in advance.
- When going to the restroom, please carry your ticket with you as re-inspection may be required.
【Other Important Notes】
- Photos and videos from the event may be used for news reports or promotions. Purchasing a ticket is considered consent to exposure authorization.
- Firework debris may fall into the audience, please be careful. If any foreign object enters your eye, do not rub it and go to the first-aid tent immediately.
- The organizer is not responsible for damage to clothing, accidents in the venue, or lost property.
- Unauthorized entrants found will be handed over to the police for processing, and relevant damages will be claimed.
- Official goods sold on-site are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except for defective items.
