【Ticket Information】
・Event Date: Saturday, November 15, 2025
・Location: Akiruno City, Tokyo (Tokyo Summerland Parking Lot #2)
・Rain Policy: Event will proceed in light rain. Fireworks may be canceled in case of strong wind, heavy rain, or other severe weather conditions.There will be no rescheduled date.
・Fireworks Time: 18:00–19:00 (Synchronized with music; approx. 60 minutes)

【Important Notes】
・Although a free parking area is available, space is limited and heavy traffic is expected. We highly recommend using public transportation and the free shuttle service (refer to the product description for transport details).

【当日の天候について】
Q：当日の気温はどのくらいですか？
A：会場周辺の11月の最高気温は平均で16℃、最低気温は6℃です。特に夜は肌寒くなることが考えられますので、長袖やナイロン系の服があると便利です。
Q：雨天の場合は開催されますか？
A：基本的には雨天決行となります。天気によっては雨具のご用意をお願いします。花火大会の特性上、傘よりも雨合羽のご使用をおすすめしております。
【アクセスについて】
Q：駐車場や駐輪場はありますか？
A：サマーランド内など、指定された会場ごとに駐車、駐輪可能な場所がございます。指定場所以外への駐車は固くお断りしています。
Q：混雑による入場制限はありますか？
A：本年は有料チケット制ですので、チケットを持っていれば入場制限はございません。
Q：打ち上げ終了後もバス運行はありますか？
A：秋川駅までのシャトルバスをご用意しております。
【会場について】
Q：会場内にごみは捨てられますか？
A：場内に多数ごみ箱を設置しておりますのでルールを守って利用してください。ゴミのポイ捨てや置き去りは他の方のご迷惑になるため、お止めください。
Q：ペットは連れていけますか？
A：ご遠慮いただいております。
Q：車椅子・ベビーカーでの入場は可能ですか？
A：入場可能です。バリアフリーのトイレも用意しておりますので、お手伝いが必要な場合は近くのスタッフまでお声がけください。なお、観覧の際は混雑状況に応じてベビーカーを畳んでいただけると助かります。
Q：トイレはたくさんありますか？
A：会場MAPに記載の通り、必要数用意はしておりますが、時間帯や場所によっては混雑が予想されます。
Q：授乳室・おむつ交換スペースはありますか？
A：専用スペースを設けております。
Q：携帯の電波は問題なく入りますか？
A：基本的に入ります。混雑によって通信状況が悪くなる可能性がございます。
Q：花火はいつから打ち上げになりますか？
A：18時-19時を予定しております。1時間で5,000発の花火が打ち上がります。
Q：喫煙エリアはありますか？
A：場内に2箇所設置しています。指定場所以外での喫煙はご遠慮ください。
Q：飲食物は持ち込み可能でしょうか？
A：当日、飲食物は持ち込み禁止です。会場内の飲食ブースをご利用ください。
【チケットについて】
Q：チケットの払い戻しはできますか？
A：ご購入後のチケットはいかなる場合（紛失・破棄・盗難・破損・持ち忘れ等）におきましても再発行は一切行っておりません。チケットの紛失等、十分ご注意ください。
Q：観覧エリアや座席の位置を選べますか？
A：SS席、A席は購入時自動でテーブルとお席が指定されます。（ご自身では選ぶことはできません）
フリーエリアはエリア内でお好きな場所をお選びいただけます。
Q：有料チケットでの再入場は可能ですか？
A：再入場可能です。
Q：フリーエリアは立ち見ですか？イスやシートは持ち込みできますか？
A：フリーエリアで立ち見はできません。
また折り畳みのイスは持ち込み可能ですが、縦30×横30×高さ30㎝程度のものを基準にお考え下さい。
（背もたれのあるものや高さのあるものは他のお客様の観覧の妨げとなるため持ち込み禁止です）
シート類は、人数以上の場所取りを目的としたブルーシート等の持ち込みは禁止ですが、人数分の大きさのレジャーシートは持ち込みは可能です。

- 会場には指定された駐車場と駐輪場があります。指定場所以外への駐車はご遠慮ください。
- チケットをお持ちの方には入場制限はありません。
- イベント終了後は、秋川駅までのシャトルバスをご利用いただけます。
- ご来場の際は、シャトルバスやタクシー、公共交通機関のご利用を推奨します。違法駐車や近隣
- 住民への迷惑行為はお控えください。
- ご来場はシャトルバスが便利です。またはバスタクシーなどの交通機関をご利用ください。
- 違法駐車など、会場周辺住民の迷惑になる行為は絶対におやめ下さい。
【チケットについて】
- 観覧エリアへの入場にはチケットが必要です。13歳以上は有料、小学生以下（12歳以下）は無料です。
- チケットをお持ちでない方は有料観覧エリアに入場できません。
【トイレについて】
- 会場には仮設および常設トイレがありますが、混雑を避けるため入場前にご利用をお済ませください。
- 特に花火打上げ直前は混雑が予想されますので、時間に余裕をもってご利用ください。
- トイレへ移動する際には、再入場確認のためチケットをご持参ください。
【その他注意事項】
- イベント中に撮影された写真や映像は報道・宣伝に使用される可能性があり、購入時点で同意とみなされます。
- 花火の燃えかすが観客エリアに降る場合がありますのでご注意ください。目に入った場合は絶対にこすらず、救護テントで処置を受けてください。
- 主催者は衣類の損傷や場内での事故・盗難について責任を負いません。
- 無断入場が確認された場合は警察に通報し、損害賠償を請求します。

- In case of strong winds or severe weather leading to event cancellation, refunds will be processed by FunNow.
- No refunds will be given if the event is canceled partway through due to weather conditions after it has started.
- No refunds will be provided for personal reasons, such as a flight cancellation, that prevent you from attending.
- 【Notes for the Viewing Area】
- The venue can get crowded. Please do not stand in the aisles to watch the show.
- Please follow the instructions of security, police, and staff.
- Disruptive individuals will be asked to leave without a ticket refund.
- Please keep an eye on children. No broadcast services will be provided to locate missing persons during the fireworks display.
- 【Smoking, Drinking & Emergency Medical】
- Please smoke only in the designated smoking areas.
- Do not drink excessively. Intoxicated individuals may be asked to leave the venue.
- Absolutely no drinking and driving.
- A first-aid tent with nurses on standby is available at the venue.

- Drones are not permitted in the venue without the organizer's permission. Unauthorized use may lead to the cancellation of the fireworks display, and police will be notified.
- 【Photography & Filming Rules】
- You may photograph the fireworks, but please do not obstruct the view of others.
